Who has a goal to lose weight and eat right in the new year?
Creating successful, lasting change takes intention, decision, and action. Consistent action. Getting started isn't the hard part - we are masters at it - how many times have you started over... it's sustaining the change.
The key to sustained change and transformation is creating a lifestyle around your desired goal and then LIVING that lifestyle... day in and day out. Falling in love with a life that creates the transformation and living it EVEN when you reach the "desired" goal.
The goal isn't really to LOSE the 10 pounds ... the goal is to LIVE without the 10 pounds. That's where we get into the pickle. We lose 10 pounds and then drop out of the lifestyle that got us to the goal, and then we have to start over... AGAIN. Rather maddening isn't it.
